His employer side practice focuses on providing strategic daily advice and litigation support. He assists clients with employment agreements, policy manuals, terminations and human rights issues.

James routinely advises clients on wrongful/constructive dismissals, severance negotiations, harassment claims, human rights claims and employment contracts.

Upon graduating from Queen’s, James was awarded the prize for overall academic achievement, as well as the Law Society’s Award of Excellence.
