Jacqueline Bristol Mallovy Hicks

Jacqueline Hicks supports healthcare clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her experience includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial agreements, as well as advising on related intellectual property and regulatory considerations.

Jacqueline received her J.D from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Her broad-based corporate practice focuses on corporate/commercial matters, health regulatory, privacy and strategic advice to health industry clients. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Jacqueline served as Legal Counsel at a medical device and technology company, and previously worked as an associate at a regional law firm.
