Jenna advises clients on the tax aspects of a wide variety of matters, including corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border structures. She also practises in the areas of personal taxation, estate planning and trust taxation for individuals and families.

Jenna also advises clients in their dealings with Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance on tax matters.
