Sheri Robin Hirschberg

Sheri Hirschberg has been a practicing lawyer for over thirty years. Sheri Hirschberg Family Law is here to assist clients with all of their family law needs. Our practice is limited to family law, and we have represented clients at all levels of Courts throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We pride ourselves in providing compassionate and knowledgeable legal support to our clients. We also are committed to fully explaining legal issues to our clients, as we believe a fuller understanding of the law and process allows every client the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding their case.

Many family law issues never make it to Court, and in these cases, we work to negotiate the best possible solutions on behalf of our clients. Our aim is to work together with our clients towards a resolution or to settle on terms that satisfy all parties involved. When a case goes to court, we focus on presenting our client's narrative to the Court. It is important to assess and identify the most important and relevant facts and relay that information to the Court in a precise and efficient manner.

As much as I would like to promise success to every client, regardless of how hard we work, the reality is that not every client or file will be successful. What I do promise is to be frank and honest, to fully review and advise all clients of the strengths and weaknesses of their case, to follow their instructions, and to advocate for them. What each client is entitled to is respect, integrity and honesty, and we strive to provide this for each client who retains us.
