Jadden Ricarah Howell

Jadden joined the firm in 2023, after articling at a litigation firm practicing in family law and civil litigation. Jadden was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2023 after receiving her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the English Common Law Program of the University of Ottawa in 2022. Prior to attending law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies in 2018 at the University of Toronto.

During law school, Jadden completed an internship with the Ticket Defence Program, assisting low-income individuals with legal matters in the Ottawa Community. She also worked with the Just Governance Group, completing research projects on democratic governance and human rights.

Jadden practices exclusively in civil litigation. Jadden has experience appearing in the Superior Court of Justice and has assisted other lawyers with a wide variety of civil matters, including motor vehicle accident claims, personal injury, medical malpractice, negligent investigation, and malicious prosecution cases.

Jadden is passionate about helping clients through complex legal issues and will work tirelessly to secure a favorable and meaningful result for the firm’s clients.
