Brian Fongrui Huang

Brian Huang is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Brian advises corporate clients, private equity sponsors and pension funds in connection with public and private M&A, including leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, carve-out transactions and venture capital investments. He also advises U.S. and Canadian issuers with respect to U.S. federal securities laws, corporate governance and other corporate matters.
