Forest understands that being accused of a criminal offence is one of the most stressful things that can happen to you. He prides himself in working tirelessly to use every tool available to bring you the best defence you can have. Whether this is the first time you’ve been charged or you’ve been here before, he takes the time to give you the representation you deserve, from bail to acquittal.

For his articling, Forest worked closely with judges in the Ottawa and Pembroke Superior Courts, where he had the chance to learn how judges think and what arguments convince them. He worked closely with judges on all types of criminal offences, including murders, DUIs, assault, robberies and drug charges. Now, Forest uses his time working with judges to represent you: making the arguments judges will listen to, and tailoring his advocacy to your case.
