Mariangela Asturi

Mariangela's practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and pension fund investments. She also advises clients on their corporate and commercial arrangements, including assisting with their reorganizations and corporate restructurings, joint ventures, partnerships and commercial agreements.
