Jennifer Anne Humphrey

Jennifer is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on advising a wide range of clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure, equity and debt financings, as well as general corporate and securities related matters.

Prior to joining Osler, Jennifer worked as a corporate securities associate at a leading regional Bay Street firm. She is an active member of the legal community and is a mentor to first year law students at Ryerson University.
