Michelle Leah Isenstein

Michelle is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on professional negligence and complex insurance and commercial litigation. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has significant experience conducting examinations for discovery, motions, and trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle spent five years at a highly respected regional law firm, where she represented public authorities and private corporations in complex and sensitive litigation. She is known for her strategic approach and measured advocacy, providing clear and practical advice to clients navigating demanding and often high-pressure disputes.
