David Mark Israel

David Israel practices corporate, commercial, real estate and estate law as a partner with our Business Law Group. He represents a diverse clientele ranging from individuals to large corporations. He also provides ongoing legal advice on a variety of issues to dentists, doctors and other health care professionals.

David has extensive experience in the areas of business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiation and commercial real estate transactions as well as estate planning.
