Rajdeep Kanda

Rajdeep Kanda , B.A., J.D. Barrister and Solicitor Rajdeep Kanda (Rumi) is an Associate lawyer at Dashwood & Dashwood, providing practical, client-focused legal services in residential and commercial real estate, leasing, business law, estate planning, and family law matters. She works with individuals, families, landlords, tenants, and business owners to guide them through important legal decisions with confidence. Her practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, leasing, drafting and reviewing agreements, business matters, wills and powers of attorney, and family law matters such as cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements. She is committed to delivering clear advice, responsive service, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar in 2024, Rajdeep completed her Articles of Clerkship at a downtown Toronto law firm, where she gained experience in complex civil litigation matters, strengthening her skills in advocacy and legal analysis. Rajdeep brings a global perspective to her practice, shaped by her international experience, allowing her to approach legal issues with a broad, practical understanding of clients’ needs. As part of the Dashwood & Dashwood team, Rajdeep is committed to building lasting relationships and helping clients protect what matters most – home, business, family, and future. Outside the office, she enjoys Kundalini yoga and meditation, which support the mindfulness and balance she brings to her practice.
