Steven George Kelly

Steven is cultivating a broad commercial litigation practice, focusing and building on his experience in a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and construction liens. Clients can always rely on his practical advice tailored to suit their needs and objectives, as well as his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency.

Steven provides his clients with valuable alternative dispute resolution experience as he recognizes that a successful resolution can often be reached without proceeding to a trial.

Steven developed his advocacy skill in law school, by competing in moot court competitions, including the 2021 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. He received academic awards for highest standing in Land Transactions and Civil Procedure.
