Jennah Khaled

Jennah * is an associate at Lenczner Slaght. Jennah reads § into the details of her cases, a skill she honed clerking first at an appellate court and then our apex Court. She started her career in the international public service in arms control negotiation, where she developed skills that serve her legal clients here at the firm. .

Jennah practices in appeals , commercial litigation , professional liability and regulation , investigations , and administrative and public law . She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jennah was a summer and articling student at the firm. She then served as a judicial law clerk to the Honourable David W. Stratas at the Federal Court of Appeal and the Honourable Malcolm Rowe at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jennah completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she mooted competitively, received a number of course prizes, and was Managing Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal.

Before law school, Jennah spent four years at the United Nations in Vienna on a diplomatic team working towards a major Middle Eastern arms control agreement.
