Abigail Elizabeth Korbin

Abigail is an associate lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Gardiner Roberts LLP. She maintains a broad corporate commercial dispute resolution practice that encompasses complex contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence liability and defamation claims.

She earned her JD from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where she was recognized for her academic excellence with the 2020–2021 Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize in Corporations and Taxation.
