Karina Kowal

Karina understands the entirety motor vehicle accident claims from the initial injury right to the hearing process. As a physician, Karina first treated injured patients who were involved in car accidents at a medical rehabilitation clinic, and later provided independent medical evaluations for lawyers and insurance companies. After she obtained her Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Karina presided as a mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator at FSCO and the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) and adjudicated over a great many motor vehicle accident cases between insureds and their insurance companies. She is a great resource and asset to the Bergmanis Preyra team.

In her free time, Karina enjoys working with rescue animals and going vintage shopping.
