Hunter Michael Krete

Hunter advises businesses on transactions and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, secured financing transactions, and commercial agreements.

Hunter acts for owner-managed businesses, private corporations, and their shareholders on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes corporate structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, secured financing transactions, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. He takes a practical, business-minded approach to each matter, focusing on the commercial goals of clients in a variety of industries.

Hunter summered and articled at Ingenuity before joining the firm as an associate.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
