Rachel Nicole Kuchma

Rachel Nicole Kuchma is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of Dentons’ Ottawa office.

Rachel received her JD from the University of Ottawa, with a specialization in Law and Technology. During her time in law school, Rachel was the Vice-President of the Law and Technology Students Society and a fellow for the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC). She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Vivek Krishnamurthy on a variety of projects related to the increasing emergence of technology, including as co-author of the article “Media Freedom and Technological Change.”

Rachel joined Dentons in 2023 after completing her summer and articling programs with the Firm. She moved to Ottawa for law school in 2019 and maintains an active role in the community.
