Lad Kucis was interviewed by Law Times in regards to Bill 218, Supporting Ontario’s Recovery Act which is currently before the Legislature, in second reading. The Ontario Government said the Act protects from liability workers and organizations in healthcare, retail, charities and non-profits, as well as coaches, volunteers and minor sports associations “that make an honest effort to follow public health guidelines and laws relating to exposure to COVID-19.
