Vedashree Kurukuri

Vedashree is an Associate at Kuo Securities Law. She practises corporate and securities laws with an emphasis on corporate finance and M&A. Her current work involves public and private financings, corporate restructuring, mining transactions and M&A.

Vedashree began her legal career as a solicitor in India, where she advised clients on corporate transactions, due diligence, and contract negotiations, with a focus on M&A. She has experience with an array of corporate agreements, supporting post-closing integration and advising clients on legal and compliance strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Vedashree was seconded by a major Bay Street law firm to a global automotive company as a Compliance Project Lead. In this role, she implemented HR and legal compliance policies and worked closely with global teams on compliance and policy initiatives.
