Lawyer · Cohen Highley LLP · Windsor
As a lawyer in Cohen Highley’s Real Estate, and Wills and Estates Groups, based out of Cohen Highley’s Windsor Office, Connor Laino is passionate about supporting his clients through complex, sometimes overwhelming, situations, especially first-time home buying and estate administration. He enjoys educating and guiding clients through the numerous options they have for estate planning, while clarifying common misconceptions surrounding probate fees and other estate expenses.
Connor received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science: Law and Politics Specialization, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor; he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
Born and raised in Harrow, Ontario, Windsor-Essex County is very meaningful to Connor. He spends much of his own time giving back to the community. Connor volunteers at Drouillard Place in Windsor (a not-for-profit organization offering services and support to residents of the Drouillard Road/Ford City neighbourhood). He has volunteered in their after-school program, food bank, and neighbourhood renewal program, and acts as a legal consultant to their Board of Directors. In addition, Connor is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Leamington District Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of the office, Connor enjoys fitness activities and spending time with his friends and family.
