Adam Colin LaRiviere

Adam is an associate in the Project Development and Finance group who helps clients navigate complex energy, mining and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.

He advises public and private sector clients on structuring and negotiating commercial construction agreements, preparing procurement documents, and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Adam also guides project developers and lenders through complex secured and unsecured lending transactions, syndicated and bilateral financings, and cross-border transactions, ensuring his clients achieve efficient and commercially sound outcomes.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from the University of Alberta before receiving his JD/MBA from the University of Toronto — a combination that gives him a practical understanding of the industries in which his clients operate.
