Louis Laskovski

Louis practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He is experienced in all areas of corporate and commercial law including the buying or selling of a business, establishing new businesses, corporate and tax reorganizations, financing transactions, leasing, and the drafting of shareholders and partnership agreements.

When not in the office, Louis loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys biking, going up north, and walking his dog through different trails around town.
