Caitlin Alexandra Leach

Caitlin has been an Associate in Koskie Minsky’s Class Action group since 2021. She has appeared at all levels of the Ontario and Federal Courts and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Her work includes ongoing and resolved class proceedings in relation to prisoners’ rights, the pharmaceutical industry, police use of force, and the rights of migrant workers, in addition to interventions on behalf of legal clinics and other entities in significant class action, Charter and securities cases.

Caitlin graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School as Gold Medallist in 2020, where she also received a number of other class-standing and course prizes. Prior to joining Koskie Minsky LLP, Caitlin clerked for the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Hailing from Scotland, she holds an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews, and an M.Sc. in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.
