Caitlin Frances Lee

Caitlin is passionate about providing practical and tailored legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of matters. More specifically, Caitlin assists with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring, incorporation, charitable registration, cross-border activities and gift planning.

Prior to joining Blumbergs Professional Corporation, Caitlin practiced at two large national law firms and focused on tax and corporate and commercial matters for not-for-profit organizations and charities. Caitlin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
