Stephanie Chuy-Wah Lee

Stephanie Lee is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. She has been with Intact since 2017, progressively taking on broader leadership roles within Legal as the organization has grown. Since 2024, Stephanie has served as SVP, General Counsel.

Prior to joining Intact, she was a partner at McCarthy Tétrault, where she built a strong foundation in corporate and M&A law. Since Stephanie joined Intact, she has been a key leader in all our major transactions, including RSA, contributing directly to our growth and success.

Stephanie brings deep expertise across legal, regulatory and risk environments, as well as a strong understanding of our business globally. She has built high-performing teams across North America and played a critical role in strengthening our legal operations and governance frameworks.
