She often provides real estate advice in connection with complex commercial transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy infrastructure transactions, project and other financings and receivership sales.

Rachel regularly acts for clients with portfolios that span North America, including pension funds, life insurance companies and real estate investment trusts. She has acted for financial institutions, private lenders and a wide range of borrowers on numerous large- and mid-scale secured financings.
