Krystal Eileen Leonov

Krystal Leonov is a Partner at Bruder Springstead LLP and the firm’s Director of Articling Recruitment. She joined the firm in 2019 and maintains a broad civil litigation practice focused on insurance defence, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, product liability, fire loss, and professional negligence.

Krystal is recognized for her strategic and client-focused advocacy, providing clear, practical advice and achieving efficient resolutions in complex cases.

In addition to her practice, Krystal leads recruitment, mentorship, and professional development initiatives at the firm, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Groves Memorial Community Hospital, contributing to strategic planning, governance, and patient advocacy in her community.
