Soroosh Bakeri Kosha

Soroosh's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions.

Soroosh joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2024/2025.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar – 2025 JD, University of Toronto Faculty of Law – 2024 BCom (Hon., Summa Cum Laude), York University – 2021
