Ilan Levy

Ilan is a senior associate in our Corporate group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law , mergers and acquisitions , securities and corporate finance . He has experience with both private and public clients across a variety of industries, including cannabis , life sciences , franchising and distribution , and technology .

Ilan joined Dentons as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the Firm in 2019-2020.
