About

Anne joined the Class Actions Department at Koskie Minsky in 2026. Previously, she practiced at a prominent regional firm, where she focused on professional regulation and defamation cases, and at a wills and estates litigation boutique. Anne has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as a variety of tribunals and boards.

Before being called to the bar, Anne was a judicial law clerk at the Superior Court of Justice, where she worked on complex civil, criminal, and family law matters. Prior to clerking, Anne spent several months representing human rights claimants at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

Anne obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received awards for her academic work. While at Osgoode, she also acted as the President of the Constitutional Law Society and an executive member of the Osgoode Feminist Collective. She received her M.A. from McMaster University and her B.A. from the University of Toronto.

We have extensive experience handling complex class actions in a wide variety of areas including residential schools, crown liability, environmental claims, securities misrepresentation, employment law, product liability and consumer protection.
