Hillary Alexandra Linden

Hillary Linden is a member of the firm’s Private Client Services group. Her practice focuses on all matters pertaining to estate law. In particular, her areas of expertise include advising executors, administrators, trustees, or beneficiaries of an estate, developing and implementing estate plans, including planning for incapacity or taxation, and navigating probate and other estate administration procedures.

Hillary has practiced law in British Columbia, Ontario and Manitoba. She maintains her TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation through her continuous involvement in STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
