Dawn Louise Livicker Quelch

Dawn Quelch Senior Associate Lawyer Dawn was born and raised in Northern Ontario in a town called Atikokan. She attended York University for her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications/Political Science and then Centennial College for a post-graduate Certificate in Book and Magazine Publishing. Dawn worked for the legendary Stoddart/General Publishing Group before attending Queen’s Faculty of Law. In 2006, Dawn articled with the Office of the Crown Attorney in Kenora, Ontario and received her call to the bar in 2007. Since then Dawn has defended Accused persons before the Courts in Eastern Ontario.
