Anoosh Amir Loertscher

Anoosh Loertscher is a senior associate in the Corporate group in Dentons' Montréal office. He works with private and public sector clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Anoosh practices primarily in the areas of infrastructure and public-private partnerships (PPP), as well as mergers and acquisitions, securities law and venture capital transactions. He notably advises private and public sector clients on the development, construction and operation of projects in a variety of sectors, including transportation, energy and healthcare. Anoosh is particularly active in the energy transition field and is part of Dentons Canada’s national practice group focused on lithium-ion batteries and battery storage. He is the editor of the Infrastructure and Major Projects Perspective , and co-editor of the Batteries & EVs Bulletin .

He holds both civil law and common law degrees from McGill University. Prior to his legal studies, Anoosh earned a Masters in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in History from McGill University.
