Jesse Aaron Mack

Jesse Mack is the Principal Lawyer at Mack Employment Law, a Toronto boutique firm focused exclusively on employment and labour law.

Jesse began his legal career at a downtown management-side employment and labour law firm, gaining valuable experience representing medium and large corporations as well as executive employees.

He founded Mack Employment Law to combine his entrepreneurial spirit with a more collaborative and client-focused approach to workplace law.

With both a JD from Windsor Law School and a business degree from York University, Jesse brings a strong mix of legal and business insight to every case. He is committed to helping clients — whether employers or employees — navigate workplace disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, severance negotiations, and employment contracts with confidence.
