Kimberly Alice MacLachlan

Kimberly has a background in public relations, business, and law and brings this experience to assist clients with corporate and commercial law matters. She has a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma Process Improvement and Project Management and has experience working for a broad range of clients including privately-owned companies of various sizes and complexity and public sector organizations. Kimberly also advises clients on AI Governance, including the legal and regulatory considerations associated with the responsible adoption and use of artificial intelligence.
