Emma Leslie Esther Payne Madsen

Emma completed her LLP practical training with CHC and joined the firm as an associate, focusing on family law and estate litigation. She earned her law degree from the University of Leicester in England.

Before becoming a lawyer, Emma helped run her family’s banquet hall, formerly known as Madsen’s Greenhouse. She grew up on a small hobby farm in Uxbridge, where she developed a love for animals and the outdoors. In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, and taking care of her rescue thoroughbred, Henry.
