Milan is a commercial litigator with a dedicated focus on estate litigation. He routinely represents clients in estate and trust disputes, including dependant support claims, will challenges, passing of accounts, trustee and fiduciary matters, capacity issues, and cases involving the interpretation and administration of estates and trusts.
