Keith Allen Bannon

Keith Bannon has practiced exclusively in Construction Law at Glaholt Bowles for over twenty years. From Articling Student in 2004 to the firm’s Managing Partner (2016 – 2025).

Keith has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes in Adjudications, Court proceedings, and private arbitrations.

In addition, Keith drafts and negotiates construction contracts on behalf of a clients across all industries (i.e. infrastructure, industrial, and residential).
