Nikki is a passionate advocate with experience representing employers before tribunals, labour boards, arbitrators, and courts including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

Prior to joining Littler, Nikki practiced at one of Canada’s leading labour and employment law firms, where she also articled.
