Oliver Boda Mao

Oliver is the Director of Foreign Worker Programs and barrister and solicitor in Toronto, Ontario.

Oliver’s practice currently focuses on temporary residence applications for corporate clients and individuals, permanent residence applications, and citizenship applications. His previous immigration law experience encompasses a diverse range of matters including Judicial Review applications, sponsorship and removal order appeals, Labour Market Impact Assessments and compliance reviews, Intra-Company Transfers, permanent residence applications, provincial nominee applications, work and study permits, as well as NAFTA-based permits.

Oliver holds a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science and Psychology Degree from McMaster University’s Arts and Science Program, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto.
