Abigail Maryann March

Abigail joined Koskie Minsky as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department in 2024, after summering and articling with the firm.

Abigail’s practice includes civil and insurance litigation, with a focus on defending legal professional negligence claims. She also maintains an employment law practice, advising both employers and employees on matters including employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, and Human Rights claims. Abigail has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Abigail graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023. While at Osgoode, she served as the Senior Style Editor on the Osgoode Hall Law Journal’s Editorial Board and worked on wrongful conviction matters with the Osgoode Innocence Project.
