Matthew's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financings. He advises real estate companies, developers, retail clients, pension funds, real estate investors, financial institutions, landlords and tenants. Matthew has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and various other documents and agreements on behalf of his clients.
