Yasmina Aziz Ebrahim Mavani

Yasmina's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and complex corporate and commercial arrangements. Yasmina advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, equity investments, commercial contracts and joint ventures.

Yasmina has completed secondments with a Canadian multi-strategy alternative asset manager and a global food and beverage producer, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Yasmina joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2015 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2017/2018. Prior to joining Blakes, she worked at a global investment bank.
