John Robert McCammon

John is an associate in Osler’s Disputes group. He acts for clients in commercial, construction, and tax litigation matters, as well as judicial reviews. He has experience acting for corporate clients, project owners, major resource project proponents, and governments.

John has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and arbitral tribunals.

In his previous career, John was a software developer for a publicly traded company. Prior to joining Osler, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honourable J.D. Denis Pelletier of the Federal Court of Appeal.
