Conor Daniel McCarthy

Conor McCarthy is an associate in Dentons Ottawa’s Real Estate group and a member of the municipal, land use planning and development law group. He helps clients resolve issues involving real property, and his practice incorporates both civil litigation and administrative law. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, Ontario Land Tribunal, and Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Before joining the Firm, he served a term as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. In law school, he was a senior editor of the Ottawa Law Review and a research assistant to a Canadian Research Chair.
