Tanya Marion McNevin

Tanya M. McNevin received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 2010 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2011. Prior to attending law school, Tanya worked for 10 years in the legal field and gained hands-on experience which, combined with her experience as a lawyer, allows her to give practical advice to her clients. Tanya has extensive court room experience and is a strategic courtroom advocate for her clients when settlement is not possible. Tanya’s litigation practice focuses on providing firm but resolution focused representation involving all facets of family law, including divorce, mobility issues, access, custody, property division and support. Tanya is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association. She was appointed to the Superior Court of Justice Family Law Judicial Liaison Committee from 2013-2024. Ms. McNevin is a founding coordinator of the Family Law Association of Windsor.
