Marcia Lynn Barry

Marcia has extensive experience representing unions and union members at labour arbitration, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and other labour-related boards and tribunals. Marcia has worked as Counsel for labour unions for her entire career, both in the private and the public sector.

Our union office is located on the traditional territory of the Mississauga. UFCW Canada Local 1006A would like to recognize and honour the Indigenous people in Canada who continue to live and work on these lands.
