Volodymyr Menok

Volodymyr Menok is the President of Traffic Paralegal Services and a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. He joined the firm in 2014 and advanced through the organization by taking on increasing responsibility at each stage of his career.

After graduating from Sheridan College with High Honours , Mr. Menok began working at Traffic Paralegal Services in a junior capacity. His progression was direct and earned—moving from assistant roles into full paralegal practice, then into management, and ultimately into ownership of the firm. He now leads the organization with a strong focus on consistent results, structured advocacy, and disciplined case preparation.

Mr. Menok’s work is defined by regular appearances in Ontario Court of Justice proceedings under the Provincial Offences Act, which involve more serious allegations and formal summons procedures. These are not routine tickets. They are cases that require structured disclosure review, Charter consideration, and precise courtroom advocacy.
