Farhin Ahmed Mim

Farhin Mim is an Associate at Monkhouse Law Employment Lawyers. Farhin obtained her JD at the University of Windsor – Faculty of Law, and her Honors Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Justice from Ontario Tech University.

Before joining Monkhouse Law, Farhin articled at Legal Aid Ontario and summered at the Legal Assistance of Windsor, where she worked on a wide range of legal issues and deepened her commitment to social justice. She has represented clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

During law school, Farhin was the recipient of the J. W. Whiteside Award (2024) and the Windsor Law Class of 1981 Scholarship (2023). She received the Student Leadership Award in Accountability (Ethics) (2021) for her leadership and service during her undergraduate studies.

Outside of work, Farhin can be found exploring the Rocky Mountains, trying out new recipes, or enjoying the company of her beloved cat, Meena.
